This website is operated by Minted Walls, a Pokémon poster store, Logodazh 2737, Bulgaria ("Minted Walls", "we", "us"). By visiting mintedwalls.com or buying from us you agree to these terms. Contact: info@mintedwalls.com.

1. Products

We sell printed Pokémon wall posters in a range of sizes, and digital Pokémon poster files. Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products. We may change prices, descriptions and availability at any time; the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.

2. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an error in the price or description, or we suspect fraud; if we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will refund you in full. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered there.

3. Production, shipping and delivery

Printed posters are made to order. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping takes 2-5 business days. We ship worldwide, and shipping is free. Customs duties, import taxes or fees that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. See our Shipping policy for details.

4. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged or misprinted items and digital files are covered by our Return and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Digital products and licence

When you buy a digital file we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print it for your own, non-commercial use. You may not resell, share, redistribute or reproduce the files commercially.

6. Intellectual property

All images, artwork, text, logos and other content on this site belong to Minted Walls or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including those of consumers in the EU and UK, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
