Return and refund policy
Minted Walls ("we", "us") wants you to be happy with your Pokémon posters. Minted Walls is a Pokémon poster store. This policy applies to all orders placed at mintedwalls.com.
Printed posters (physical items)
You may return a printed poster within 30 days of receiving it for a refund of the item price, provided it is in its original, unused and undamaged condition and packaging (for example, not marked, creased or cut).
- Return shipping: the customer pays the cost of returning an item, unless the return is because the item arrived damaged, misprinted or was not the item you ordered (see below).
- How to start a return: email info@mintedwalls.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return instructions and address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Refunds: once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund the item price to your original payment method and let you know by email. Original shipping is free, so no shipping is refunded.
Made-to-order items
Our posters are printed to order after you place your purchase. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping takes 2-5 business days. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@mintedwalls.com. We can only change or cancel an order that has not yet gone into production.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items
If your poster arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@mintedwalls.com with your order number and clear photos of the item (and the packaging, if damaged in transit). We will, at your choice, reprint and resend the item or issue a full refund, at no cost to you, including return shipping where we ask for the item back.
Digital files
Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned. Because the files can be copied once delivered, digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or the files have been downloaded. By completing your purchase of a digital product you agree to this and, where applicable, acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started with your consent. If a file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or you received the wrong file, contact us and we will provide a working file or a refund.
Customers in the EU and UK
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase of physical goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason; our 30-day return window above is in addition to, and not in place of, that right.
