This policy applies to orders placed at mintedwalls.com with Minted Walls, a Pokémon poster store.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide to the addresses our carriers can deliver to. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you before dispatch.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on physical orders.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing (printing and packing): 1-3 business days. Our posters are made to order, so printing begins after your order is placed.
- Shipping: 2-5 business days after your order has been processed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs or public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Digital files
Digital products are delivered electronically by email and/or download link after payment, and no shipping applies.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us at info@mintedwalls.com with your order number and, for damage, photos. See our Return and refund policy for how we resolve this.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it; we can only change an address before the order is dispatched.
